PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
The official language of the conference is English.
POSTER PRESENTATION
Poster presenters are expected to prepare a printed poster and to bring it to the venue.
Posters will be displayed for the entire duration of the conference and viewed mostly during the lunch break. Presenters are encouraged to stay close to their poster in the following times corresponding with the poster number assigned to their presentation:
On Friday, 23 September (12:50 - 14:20), in POSTER SESSION A, posters from the following topics will be presented:
P01: Neuromuscular Diseases
P02: Muscle Plasticity
P03: Signal Transduction
P04: Muscle Structure
On Saturday, 24 September (13:00 - 14:20), in POSTER SESSION B, posters from the following topics will be presented:
P05: Cardiac Diseases
P07: EC Coupling
On Sunday, 25 September (13:10 - 14:20), in POSTER SESSION C, posters from the following topics will be presented:
P06: Cardiomyopathy
P08: Mechanisms of Contraction
P09: Muscle Growth and Homeostasis in Health and Disease
Young researchers applying for the Marcus C. Schaub Award are expected to stay close to their poster in the corresponding times to meet with the Award Committee.
Poster size
It is optional to place the conference logo in your poster:

Width: 90 cm (36 inches)
Height: 120 cm (47 inches)
Orientation: Portrait
Prepare your material beforehand so that it fits the space available and can be easily attached to the board. Thin cardboard is more suitable than paper. The organizers will provide suitable fixing materials.
Poster mounting and removing
You should bring your poster with you in the print form already to the conference site.
You can put up your poster on Thursday, 22 September, at 17:00.
Each poster board will have a specific number. Please make sure to mount your poster on the poster board with the number corresponding to the number assigned to your poster presentation. Should you need any assistance with the poster display, we will happily assist you in the registration area.
Posters should be removed on the last day of the conference (Monday, 26 September).
